Only when the access and visible conditions allow safe entry. Weak walking surfaces, limited clearance, excessive heat, electrical hazards, vermiculite, contamination, or animals may limit or stop entry.
No. Vermiculite cannot be cleared by appearance alone. ComfortGuard will not disturb it and may recommend evaluation by an appropriately qualified professional.
Sometimes. Existing material should first be evaluated for dryness, contamination indicators, animal activity, smoke damage, and odor. Covering a problem does not correct it.
